What you provide:

• As many images as possible of your home (interior and exterior)
• Available budget for any improvements (please note, we need at least $1500 to work with and many homeowners ask us to allot budgets of over six figures)
• Pertinent home data (square feet, bedroom and bathroom count, unfinished spaces, neighborhood amenities, etc)
• Floor plans if available (we can also direct you to a service that can provide these)

What we provide:

• A detailed proposal via email that covers recommendations for how to improve and market your property for resale.  We cover everything from cosmetic changes, photography strategies, landscaping ideas, floor plan changes and remodeling ideas (where budget permits) to more basic things like cleaning and organizing ideas and marketing key words.  We also offer product and material recommendations and links where applicable (think paint colors, tile and cabinetry, plants, throw pillows, etc)
• Opportunity for follow-up questions via email

Investment:

• E-Proposals are priced at $700.  This price includes all communication with our research and strategy associates and the final report, which will be emailed to all addresses on file.  This report may be downloaded or shared with other interested parties.  Typical turnaround for the full report is 5 business days.
